Your lips do a lot—talking, smiling, and kissing—so they deserve some extra attention! The skin around the lips is thin and delicate, much like the skin under the eyes. Both areas are prone to dryness, fine lines, and irritation, so they need extra attention to stay smooth and healthy. Here are simple lip care steps:
-
Gentle exfoliation - Just like under-eye skin, the lip area can show signs of aging, so regular (1 to 2 times a week) exfoliation helps keep it youthful-looking. Our Cinnabun Lip Scrub removes flakes with real turbinado sugar crystals, infused with shea butter and grapeseed oil leaving your lips silky smooth.
-
Moisturizing - look for hydrating ingredients in your lip balm. Our Hydrate Moisture Accelerator is a base formula containing two types of pure hyaluronic acid plus peptides that lock in moisture to repair and plump the skin. It also aids in pulling your lip balm deeper into the skin to boost its activity.
-
Occlude it with a balm - to get full benefits of moisturizing your lips, apply a thick balm to lock it all in! The Healer Balm or CocoVanil Lip Conditioner can be used to occlude all the nourishing ingredients in Hydrate Moisture Accelerator into your lips, giving you the most soft, hydrated lips all winter.
Creating a consistent routine to keep your lips nourished is essential. By gently exfoliating with our Cinnabun Lip Scrub, deeply hydrating with Hydrate Moisture Accelerator , and sealing in moisture with The Healer Balm or CocoVanil Lip Conditioner, you can achieve soft, healthy, and naturally smooth lips. A little extra attention goes a long way in keeping your lips supple, and ready for anything!

cold weather can change the consistency of mango butter at times and cause it to granulated. A trick to change this is close your Healer balm tight, place in a sealed ziploc bag, and place in a container of hot water. This will melt yout healer balm back into a liquid. You then can take it out of the bag, place it on a counter and un screw the top to let the healer balm re-solidify. Your balm will then be smooth consistency again.
Does the healer balm slightly change consistency in cold weather? Mine has clumped up a little bit.
