This means it may come a bit softer when it arrives to you, and there is potential for some oil marks on the packaging due to slight melting. It should not warm enough to melt or harm the product itself. We advise sticking your product in the fridge for approx. 10 minutes upon arrival to help it reach its intended consistency.

We ship Monday through Wednesday and will do our best to ship within two business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
We are not responsible for orders where USPS tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.
