We ship Monday through Wednesday and will do our best to ship within two business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
We are not responsible for orders where USPS tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter. We are not responsible for orders yet to be delivered and still "in transit".
